HOW TO CREATE A NEW USER 

Click SIGN UP in the Upper Right Corner 

Create your USERNAME and PASSWORD 

Click CREATE ACCOUNT 

Enter your Personal Info including FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, Address and PHONE NUMBER required 

Click FINISH 

Next Screen should be SUCCESS! Welcome to Miami Shores Tennis and Pickleball Club 

Click NEXT 

CONTINUE ON HOW TO BOOK A COURT 

Click BOOK NOW on the Center of the Page 

Select DATE of Play 

Select TYPE of Play from Tennis Clay, Tennis Hard, or Pickleball 

Select TIME of Play set up in increments of ½ hours.  

* Available bookings are in Black. 

For time of play: 

Singles is 1.5 hours-Select up to 3 half hours. Doubles is 2 hours-Select up to 4 half hours.   

Select from available COURTS 

Click NEXT -> 

Select NUMBER of USERS 

If MORE than ONE, Click +ADD USER and Search by Player’s Name, Click ADD 

If NOT listed, Next to GUEST Click ADD 

Click the Small Pencil Icon, Highlight the Word Guest and RETYPE in your GUEST NAME, Click SAVE 

NOTE : INCLUDE ALL PLAYERS NAMES ON RESERVATIONS AND ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PREPAID 

Click NEXT -> 

REVIEW the Booking Details. 

CONTINUE ON HOW TO ADD SERVICE TO RESERVATION 

On BOOKING DETAIL Page, Click ADD SERVICE in the middle of the page 

From Scroll Down Menu, Choose Either TENNIS BALL MACHINE or PICKLEBALL MACHINE, Click ADD 

CONTINUE ON HOW TO PAY FOR BOOKING 

IF Reservation Fare is $0.00 and information is correct, Click BOOK 

IF Reservation Fare is Needed, make sure INCLUDE PAYMENT Box is Checked. 

Scroll to Bottom and Chose Either PAY WITH CARD or CLUB CREDIT. 

If paying with card, ENTER ALL REQUIRED CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, Click SAVE CARD. Click BOOK. 

If chose club credit, Click BOOK 

NOTE : PERSON CREATING ONLINE RESERVATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF COURT 

Check your Home screen under MY BOOKINGS to Review All Bookings in your Account 

CONTINUE ON RAIN OUTS FOR BOOKINGS

In case of rain, ALL Players are automatically issued a total refund.

CONTINUE ON HOW TO SIGN UP FOR PROGRAM 

After Log in on Home Page, SCROLL down to PROGRAMS. 

Click on Program You would like to attend. 

Click Green Rectangle BOOK THIS (SOCIAL EVENT, CLINIC, ETC) 

Choose your Package Price 

Click GREEN NEXT-> 

Select your Date/Time of Desired attendance, Click GREEN NEXT-> 

Note: If Select incorrect Date, Click that date again to undo Highlight and Click Desired Date 

On Checkout Screen, Choose Pay with Card or Pay with Credit (see above) and Click CONFIRM 

Note: Each Player must do their own Sign up for Programs, Including Guests 

CONTINUE ON RAIN OUTS FOR PROGRAMS 

In case of rain, ALL players are automatically issued an Unassigned Session to be used for a future program. Pick the date you want to attend New Program and During that checkout you will see UNASSIGNED SESSION in RED.
