Desk staff will assign courts to patrons.
When lightning is near 1 long solid horn will sound from the building meaning the courts must be clear. Desk staff will come out and make sure the courts are clear and that all players and any other persons present at the tennis center seek shelter. Play may resume after 3 short horns bursts meaning all clear. No one is allowed on the courts until the all clear is given.
Rain checks will be given to players when less than 50% of their booking time is completed. If more than 50% of booking time was completed no rain check will be issued. Rain checks are good for one-time use only and must be turned in to the desk staff during check-in.
